It is in the air ~ Get outside and experience it!
Our never ending connection with our planet that many are waking up to.
Little kids outside playing in the sun
Creating dust clouds as they breakout and run.
Full on exposure to the grounding elements. Vitamins from the sun - minerals through their feet - it’s no mystery that outside play is necessity. For everyone, really.
A house is nice and soft sheets help me sleep at night - but I get cabin fever if I stay inside too long. I thrive in fresh air! I crave dust on my feet - but really it’s the perception created through the acceptance of the multidimensional vibrations circulating “within you and without youuuu” as George Harrison sang. I love that song (by The Beatles in case you didn’t know)
Check it out:
"Turn off your mind, relax, and float down the stream. It is not dying. It is not dying..."
Interpretation: It is okay to let go for a while and forget all the troubles of the world. They’re fabricated realities meant to keep you trapped within a system controlled by power hungry humans who have sad, lost, lonely souls… “if they only knewwwww”.
"Try to realize it's all within yourself . No one else can make you change. And to see you're really only very small and life goes on within you and without you."
I look up to trees as my mentors in life. Across the street from my house is a beautiful 50 foot tall Podocarpus tree that glows in the sunlight.
When the breeze enters the canopy, each of its well crafted branches - you guessed it - d-a-n-c-e-s, shakes, and timbers to the tune of mamma nature’s best records yet. Here and Now - Pine trees and Cedars, Redwoods and Firs. The tall giants of the west coast that sail higher than most. Stand on their roots, touch your palm to their bark - Take a deep breath, close your eyes and go dark. The colors of the sun glittering through leaves and branches will stream through your eyelids and throw colors like arches from brush strokes placed down by our shared-mighty creator. Enjoy the few seconds you allow here in nature.
Natural elements - necessities for you - Don’t forget to brush your teeth and say your blessings too.
