The flight for life
Take a stance and hold it. Stand your ground on this one. On this time. Take a hard look at the reality in which we live, and make sure your values are tried, true and tight. There are scriptures written by our ancestors that are tried and true to help us through the times we are living through.
Our environment is poisoned. We all are being poisoned by toxic chemicals every day everywhere we go. It’s virtually unavoidable. From the food, to the water, to the aluminum nano particles being sprayed in the skies (look up geoengineering). The sooner we accept that this is happening, the better off we are mentally.
It’s like this - mind and body. Separate yet one and the same. Our mind, or soul if you will, has a synergistic relationship with our body. We work together. And eventually, we will leave our body behind and go elsewhere. However, while we are here, in this life, in this existence, we must understand that all of our anxieties and mental illness is at minimum in part from the chemical toxins we are being exposed to.
I have gnarly anxiety and mental breakdowns. Having grace is so key to being able to take a deep breath in those moments. Giving space of thought to separate mind from body, and allow body to heal. Our bodies have incredible immune systems that, when treated properly, can clean the system up pretty miraculously. Look into the benefits of fasting, for example. So, understanding and believing in ourselves - in our bodies - when we also know that our minds are so powerful, the will power can both heal and destroy. We can consciously say, hey this isn’t right, I want this healed. But if we are in a state of panic and anxiety, that may trigger the immune system to fight - but fight what? If the problem is toxicity from chemicals in our environment that’s one thing, but if the chemical reaction is then causing our minds to go haywire. Then that will release more hormones and chemicals into the system that further tells the immune system to fight… now you have an autoimmune disorder. And you know what? Giving that system even more chemicals is certainly not the answer. No, you have to starve the system. Give the system time to heal.
So next time your mind is freaking out - in a state of panic and disorder. Try closing your eyes - stop what you’re doing, close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Give yourself some grace and acknowledge that there are more things in this world that are both out of your control and at odds with your wellbeing. But, you’re worth living for. You are an amazing human being with potential far greater than you or I have been taught. Because we are a species with amnesia of the past. Look up Graham Hancock and Randal Carlson. There was a massive cataclysmic event that happened around 12,000 years ago. Most likely, asteroids came raining down from the skies and destroyed life on Earth, nearly wiping out the human species. There were survivors, and there are pieces of the puzzle left from them and what they imprinted on the following societies. From what it looks like, our great ancestors were tapping into some really amazing features of this world that we are simply not today.
So, at the end of the day love yourself. And when you wake up tomorrow, say thank you for the sunshine. Say thank you for the rain. Say thank you for the joy. And say thank you for the pain. Because damnit, you and I are here, ALIVE - and we have no promises for what comes next. But you hand power in the will of your conscious desires. Use it for the good of humanity and life. Because if you’re not working to make this a better world, then who is?
